A Work In Progress…

Yep this is the first post of many here at Damn Good Manager.  Right now the site is absolutely in construction mode.  Wordpress is up and running, the base theme is installed, but there is a lot more to do before I’ll consider us “fully moved in.”To-do:

• Install and configure spam plugin
• Contact and submission form to allow readers to suggest new topics
• Take a first crack at the categories I’m planning on covering
• Write the About Us page
• Install the iPhone plugin
• Segment Adsense to report on DGM vs my other blogs
• Configure Feedburner
• Configure Google Analytics
• etc, etc, etc…

Hopefully I should be ready to start writing articles this weekend.  The plan (initially) is to post at least one solid post per week and more than that if I’m feeling particularly inspired from time to time. Quality over quantity is the name of the game.
